My favorite city in Morocco is the Arabic Medieval City of Fes. The Fes Medina, the historical center, is authentic in all senses. Traveling to Fes and entering the Medina is like being transported back in time. To get the full experience you must stay in a “Dar” in the historical center. I recommend Dar Attajalli Guest House, absolutly authentic down to every detail.
