The beautiful mysterious city of Damascus in Syria… I entered the city at night and a wonderful thing happened, the lights in the city went out and the city was pitched in black, this happened as I was entering the old city… what happened next was a wonder, everyone in their little shops started lighting candles, lighting a way to the past, it was like being transported back in time when electricity did not exist in the year 1000… the time of the stories of the One Thousand and One Arabian Knights…
